I believe �rgb(<byte>)�, �rgb(<percentage>)�, �rgb(<byte>, <alpha>)�, �rgb(<percentage>, <alpha>)�, �rgba(<byte>, <alpha>)�, and �rgba(<percentage>, <alpha>)� have been proposed earlier, too.
